Our Company

We provide Cybersecurity Professional Services and we are an IT Value Added Reseller. We provide these services to local, state, federal government agencies, educational institutions, utilities, and government contractors.

To become a large contractor that is a dominant player in the government contracting space. To become an organization that our peers respect, is enamored by our clients, provides a family for our employees, and is a major donor to military and veteran families in need.

Our Team

Our company was founded by a team of principal management whose diverse and respectable career backgrounds span the U.S. Military and Wall Street. Two of our founders are Service Disabled Veterans of the United States Marine Corps.

CEO and President


Kelly Kendall has 24 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and IT. He served as a Marine (Infantry) and is a Disabled Veteran. His background is in B2B Sales, B2C Sales, Sales Management, and Marketing within the Information Technology and Financial Services Industries. Kelly is also the President and Executive Director of our 501(c)(3) nonprofit, US VALOR. Kelly is an entrepreneur, with a passion for startups. He has an MBA from Colorado Christian University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.

Chuck Buresh - EVP and COO

Chuck Buresh



Chuck Buresh has career-level experience providing professional services leadership and service delivery during transformation and modernization initiatives related to risk management and information assurance. He has successfully delivered extremely favorable results to substantial companies in major matters. He has gained broad experience within the global diversified financial services, insurance and public utilities industries. Chuck holds an MBA degree from the University of California at Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University.  He holds a number of professional certifications in cybersecurity.

Mark Hornsby

National Sales Manager


Mark Hornsby is a small business owner and independent consultant with varied experience in financial analysis, process improvement, marketing, sales, executive coaching, training, writing, fixed operations, and counseling. His first assignment out of undergrad was as a Loan Analyst for Comerica Bank. After earning his MBA from the University of Michigan he worked for Ford as a Field Representative and for Nissan as a Fixed Operations Specialist and Corporate Training Manager. He recently worked in South Korea presiding over a meeting with corporate trainers from all over the world. Mark gained the most valuable experience of his professional career owning and operating his own business, an ethnic restaurant in Los Angeles, while still maintaining a full-time job during the day.

Robert Alcantara

Regional Manager, Los Angeles


Graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a BA in Accounting. Recruited straight from college to The IBM Corporation as a New Business Sales Rep., sold all IBM hardware, software and services to new logo accounts worked closely with IBM Distributors like Avnet, Ingram Micro and others. Spend 10 years at IBM before coming to State of the Art Software, author of MAS 90 Accounting Software. I was a National Sales Director, had over 20 sales rep and responsible to over 3000 Channels across the country. State of of the Art later was acquired by Sage Software. My brother and I started a company, Altara Consulting which was sold to an International company. Spend the last five years at RCO,Inc. RCO is a mobile app developer, developed an ERP app that syncs back to Quickbooks, Sage and Microsoft’s Dynamics.

Kelly Tobey

Regional Manager, San Diego


Kelly is an experienced manager with a strong background in working in sales, management and operations. She has worked as an account manager for American Specialty Health, and Nucleus Health. She also worked as a Director of Operations and Enrollment for MD Revolution. Kelly has been the Director of Marketing, and the Assistant General Manager for the Sporting Club.
