Our Company

KNC is a Full-Service Contractor, Professional Services Provider and a Value-Added Reseller. We provide a wide range of strategic services including Digital Technology, IT, and Managed Services. We provide these services to local, state, federal government agencies, educational institutions, and public utilities.

Our Team

Our company was founded by a team of principal management whose diverse and respectable career backgrounds span the U.S. Military and Wall Street. Two of our founders are Service Disabled Veterans of the United States Marine Corps.

CEO and President


Kelly is a swiss army knife who thrives in wearing many hats, and he has over 20 years in Sales and Marketing experience. He served as a Marine (Infantry) and is a Disabled Veteran. His background is in B2B Sales, B2C Sales, Sales Management, and Marketing within the Information Technology and Financial Services Industries. He is an entrepreneur, with a passion for startups. He has an MBA from Colorado Christian University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.

Chuck Buresh

EVP and Chief Operating Officer


Chuck Buresh has over 25 years of experience providing technical and administrative leadership during corporate modernization initiatives for several of the top Fortune 100 corporations. Mr. Buresh began his career in the public accounting firm of Peat, Marwick, Mitchell and Co. He has gained broad experience within the global diversified financial services and insurance industries having worked a decade supporting clients located on Wall Street, NYC. He has a keen interest in delivering bottomline results through business process streamlining and Information Technology automation. Mr Buresh holds a MBA degree from the University of California at Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University. He holds a number of professional certifications.

Ted Erickson

Regional Manager, Los Angeles


Ted is a Solutions-based salesman with experience in legal work, real estate, alternative assets, business development and team leadership. He has worked as a Senior Broker for Advantage Gold, Director of Investor Relations for BeGreen, an Alternative Retirement Specialist for iDirect, and Business Development for Provident Trust group. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the Long Beach State University.

Kelly Tobey

Regional Manager, San Diego


Kelly is an experienced manager with a strong background in working in sales, management and operations. She has worked as an account manager for American Specialty Health, and Nucleus Health. She also worked as a Director of Operations and Enrollment for MD Revolution. Kelly has been the Director of Marketing, and the Assistant General Manager for the Sporting Club.

Olin Smith

Regional Manager, Sacramento


Olin is veteran of the US Army, and still serves in the Army Reserves as a Mental Health Specialist. He is a driven professional with twenty years of helping companies of all sizes grow their business, revenue, and establish brand awareness. Olin has worked as the Southeast Regional Sales Manager for Work Truck Solutions, a Field Clinical Representative for Boston Scientific, and in Outside Sales for Justin Brands, Videomaker, Artisan Manufacturing, Lehman Brothers, and Experience Consumer Services. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from St. Mary's College of California.
